Spokesman ~ Audio Messages

Deadline: November 15th, 2009

What it is: We will be accepting 50 audio messages for our leader-sshi. The messages will be mixed with some soft music in the background and then burned to a CD.

What to do: Record your message, upload it to either megaupload or either sendspace and then post it here with the following form filled out:

Rules & Requirements:

1.) Your message should be around 30 seconds to 1 minute long.

2.) It must be in .mp3 format.

3.) Speak in either Korean, Japanese, or English (no other languages please, you want leader-sshi to understand you, right?) Express any birthday wishes you have for Yunho. Please refrain from telling him WHY you love him, that is for another part of our project. Keep whatever you have to say, birthday-related. ^-^

4.) Record your message in a quiet place. Try to avoid recording background noise. We want to hear just your voice. Our staff will mix your message with background music, so please do not have any other music going on when you record. This will make things easier for our staff.

5.) Upload your recording to megaupload or sendspace.

If you have any trouble, you can PM genna or Amy (yunhosarang). We are here to help you, but because we cannot be online 24/7, please understand that you may not immediately get a reply if you PM us. So if your question is urgent, you should ask it here in the thread. Our other global mods will be here to assist you and you might be helping others by asking the same question that is on other peoples' minds. ^^

Note that the staff will make sure that you have followed all the rules. If your audio message does not follow our guidelines or contains anything that does not fit the purpose of this project, it will NOT be included in the audio compilation.

I will Surely make audio bday song for yunho. Please count me in! I have been waiting for this bday's project from you girl for long long time.

i was about to record, but i have a question: what about self introduction? it's allowed right? or do we have to record only the wishes?

I'm going to try to do this. luckily a little while back, I had bought a microphone.
I'll see if it will either work on my mom's or my sister's computer.

I'm worried though, I'll get nervous doing it, and end up sounding stupid.

P.S. I wasn't sure if self-introductions were allowed... I put it at the beginning so it's easily cut out! ^.^

for those who have been asking whether or not they can upload their audio message on a different hosting sites than the one stated by genna, our GA who will put together the audio message said that only some of the hosting websites works for her therefore we are not sure whether 4share or any other hosting will work for her.
since she is busying right now, we have no way of asking her to see if it work
for now try to upload it on the stated hosting sites

i see that some has uploaded on 4share, if there is any problem with it,one of the global mod will PM you about it so you can leave it as it is for now
