Hey guys! Sorry for the delay, but I am here to bring good news ^_^

The judging for the contest portion of our project is now completed and over with. Whew. I must say though that it was an incredibly hard task to do! All of the submissions were amazing; some of them really touched our hearts, making us smile, making us want to cry, and some were just too sweet!

If I could, I honestly would declare all of you as winners, lol, sadly due to budget, we are only able to pick one submission out of the countless wonderful entries we received. So please understand and don't feel discouraged that your entry was not choosen! Every letter and poem were unique and special; Yunho will definitely feel your love!

After discussing with my secret panel of judges (who wishes to remain anonymous XD), we picked out one submission that we liked best, that we felt was well written, and fitting.


*drum rolls please* :P

Thank you to all of you that have sent in your submissions! Over the next week and a half your admin and a few others will look over your entries and determine the winner of the contest. Rest assured though that even if your entry is not choosen, it will be sent to Yunho reguardless!

I'm happy to say that I think this project of ours can be considered a success, as I was quite concerned with the little number of submissions during the earlier weeks, but many of you pulled through during this last week. Thank you! :)

Once the judging for the contest is over, I will announce the winner and then every day following that I will randomly post one writing piece up to share with everyone as I think all of you did an amazing job!

Some of you have already contacted me about not wanting to participate in the contest as well as your letter being more personal, so I will not put your entry up for judging or up for viewing, unless you contact me now about wanting your writing to be shared on the forum.

Now to those of you that are participating in the contest, if you do not want your entry to be shared here on the forum (this will not affect your participation in the contest), please tell me here or via PM, so I can write your name down and remember to not post it up.

Also, please check the list below to make sure that your name is there. If it's not, please post here in this thread so we can figure out what happened!

Hello everyone! ^^ The staff and I are here to present you a new project and contest-- that is actually a continuation of our U-Know for a Cause Project. How is that, you ask? Well our donation to World Vision has been completed, I’ve printed the receipt, I’ve also bought five necklaces for the boys, and have gotten it all wrapped this morning, but then this idea came to me when I was thinking about what to write to Yunho: how about we get some of our members here on the forum to write something as well?

And this is what the staff and I have came up with…



Text...

Project Name: “I Love you U-Know!”

What it is: Write and explain WHY you love Yunho.
- This can be written any way you can think of, such as an essay, a poem, a simple list, anything-- BUT it must be something written by you!
- Directing the message to Yunho or not, is up to you. You are free to use 2nd Person Point of View or 3rd Person Point of View.

Length: A maximum of 750 words.

What this is for: Your writings will be sent along with the receipt of the donation we made to World Vision earlier in June (Our U-Know for a Cause Project) and the five necklaces we have bought for all five of TVXQ.

** And this will also be our first forum CONTEST. All writings will be put up for voting when all submissions are in and the winner will get a “Why Did I Fall In Love with You?” Single CD Version -or- a TVXQ single CD version of their choice.

Deadline: August 20th, 2008

Q: How specific does our location need to be? Do you need my city as well?
A: Just your country would be fine. We want that so Yunho would have a general idea about where all his fans lived.

Q: Will our messages be translated into Korean or Japanese?
A: We are planning to send the messages as it is in English, but if you know Korean or Japanese and would like to help translate the messages, please PM genna.

Q: Will the CD be autographed by Yunho?
A: Unfortunately no. This might be possible in future projects, but not at this time.

Q: Are all messages going to be sent to Yunho, or just the winners'?
A: All messages! We won't leave any message out! The contest is just something extra, to add a little more fun to what we're doing, that's all. Our main goal for this though is to give Yunho an idea of how loved he is internationally. :)

Q: I know Korea/Japanese! Can I write my message in that language instead of English?
A: Yes you can, but please provide an English copy as well.

Q: Can I submit more than one piece of writing?
A: No, only one submission per member is allowed. Please wait until you have everything written before emailing it.

Q: Are we counting the words or the letters/characters?
A: We are counting words. Example: Yunho would count as 1 word and not 4.

^ Unfortunately, at the moment I don't know of anyone that can help translate everything into Korean or Japanese, so... Yunho will just need a lot of help from Yoochun and Changmin (since he is getting good XD). Plus English does represent us international fans well. :)

Hi! I’m new jaja :lol: .I’m so excited about this project but I have a big question it doesn’t matter if I’m not from US??, It’s because I’m from Monterrey, Mexico it’s 3 or 4 hour from Texas :D¨ .I’ll be really happy if I could write a letter to Yunho-sshi *o*.
