The staff had started discussing ideas for Yunho’s 25th birthday (counting by the Korean age system) in 2010 already, some suggestions included; donating to a charity, creating a sub-forum here on Yunho-sshi for birthday wishes (similar to a guest book), getting some gifts, and with the theme being ‘luck’ this time.

It’s a good plan, but we would like to hear what you think. Tell us what we should do! All ideas and suggestions will be put into consideration! ^^

Luck is a really good theme, and a suggestion for Charity,
how about doing Charity work. I know we all live in different
places, but we can have a little project where we go out, do
charity work, take pictures, and put them in a scrapbook or
into a picture movie. And people can write about why they
choose that charity, how Yunho inspired them to do charity
work, and a good luck message to leader-shhi! Then again
people might not want to have their pictures taken.

Another suggestion, and I'm just being a little silly, how about
we send him Lucky Charm cereal, or on a serious note a lucky
charm jewlery (bracelet, necklace etc)

I think it's an absolutely wonderful idea since the trend is now to donate to charities.
I could volunteer at the hopsital or work at the food frive or something. ;]

I think maybe we should raise money for Charity, but for something that we know that Yunho would support. Like I mean raise money for schools. Create our own little foundation where no matter where we go we are raising money for children to make something of themselves in the future. I think maybe if we all could get someone we trust, to make a bank account for our foundation and that way we can continue to raise money even after Yunho's birthday.

Ooh jewelry sounds amazing, but what if we all made the jewelry individually.
Our own styles and ideas, along with a message. I do know that last year a lot of people missed the Yunho birthday message and this would be the perfect way for them to not only give Yunho a message of love, but also a chance to be creative.

Maybe, we can make t-shirts. I don't know if we already do, but I think we can make T-shirts with a design unique to the site. And then the logo could look something like this:

Oh definitely, a t-shirt contest, but after Yunho receives it we can put it up for sale, because I definitely think, people deserve a chance to have their own T-Shirt. Maybe start selling them after Yunho's birthday.

tintin, I like that idea. Maybe we can all bake cakes with little messages to Yunho on top and take pictures or maybe some people can have a cosplay party, where they are dressed as Yunho from different periods, such as: Purple Line, Mirotic, O, the Live Tour for T, Bolero, etc. . .


Another idea I have is maybe building a collage with us using a word to describe Yunho, but we have to take a picture with us and the word on paper and with the picture is a one-sentence message for Yunho.
(maybe you've used this idea before??)

I like tintin's and _ronniexo's ideas, but I wouldn't be able to meet up with anyone because I don't know of anyone anywhere near me. Dx And, the jewelry idea is pretty awesome. A bunch of friends and I did something like this a little while back where we all made bracelets with the idea of giving them to each other, but we all just kept our own 'cause we liked them too much. x] Everyone does have their own style, and since Yunho wears jewelry a lot and the such he might actually end up wearing some of it. =]

i was talking to my friend about how Yunho seems to have a thing with mic stands as of late (Checkmate, 9095, Nobody Knows) and she was like "we should give him a mic stand for his birthday!"
so I'm going to include this as a gift idea LOL
Maybe we can personalize the mic stand? Open a thread for people to say a simple happy birthday message, then take those and put them on strips of paper and wrap those around the mic stand

but the problem would be to buy a mic stand and shipping that over to him.
i've found a place that sell desk mic's and also tall mics that are for pretty reasonable prices (though tall mic stands are can extend from 30" - 60" which is probably too tall??)

The charity idea is a good idea. But i dont want to donate to a charity. Because its very easy to pull out money from your pocket and hand it to a charity. I think we should all do charity acts, as in take time out of your life to dedicate to helping people in need, i think Yunho would like that. and wearing a Yunho shirt would complement it because it would show how DBSK (and yunho) helps people from different parts of the world unite and work towards the same goal: to help those in need. And the scrapbook is also cool. If we do the albums we could put messages beside the pictures telling Yunho how LUCKY we were to have met him and his family, DBSK and tell him how he touched our lives.
Because it always make them happy to know they've touched people's lives.

I LOVE this idea!! I think it would be great to be able to do ANYTHING for Leader-sshi! I'm always late for projects like these, thank goodness I made it on time for this one! I also love the t-shirt idea by jynchee!! I think Yunho would be SOO touched and LOVE to have a shirt with a bunch of his overseas fan's names on it!!!

we can do a message book for yunho...i don't know what to do..i missed this year birthday project, but i won't missed next year..haha..we can write about yunho what we wants for him or success in the future....i kind of ran out of ideas...doing a t-shirt is a good idea but sometime it can be overrated...not to be mean or anything because mostly forum does t-shirt, but we can do a t-shirt if people wanted too....can't wait for next year birthday project..haha...
