Title: Yunho-sshi Translations

genna - December 21, 2008 01:33 AM (GMT)
It's been brought to my attention that I may not have been clear enough in explaining the rules about taking our translations out of Yunho-sshi Forums, so I'm going to try and explain it better here.

1.) Translations are not allowed to be removed from the templates (jpg image).
Meaning: You should not re-type our translation in any way. If our translations are to be shared on other forums, blogs, or websites, they must be shared as they are (on the templates). This also includes youtube videos. You cannot take the translation and use them as subtitles, to make a news video, or other whatnots. That is breaking our rules. This applies to UFO replies as well. To put it into even simpler terms, our translations should never be shared in any way other than the way we produce them, on our templates.

2.) 48 Hours Before taking out. [calculated according to (GMT-08:00) Pacific Time]
Meaning: You must wait until after 48 hours have passed since the posting date (all dates are in the titles) before you can, re-upload the jpg template and re-post it on other forums, blogs, and/or websites.

And the questions that pops up the most:

"Can I translate Yunho-sshi / Xiah-sshi Forums English translations into another language?"
Answer: Yes you can.

"If I am translating Yunho-sshi / Xiah-sshi Forums news into a different language, can I do that before the 48 hours is up?"
Answer: Yes. If you are TRANSLATING our news you can disregard the 48 hour rule, but if you wish to take our English translations and post them before 48 hours, then no, that is absolutely not allowed.

Anything that you feel needs to be further explained, please post here. :)

And, I just have to add, if you feel our rules are too strict, you must have never visited other forums. There are many that absolutely DO NOT allow translations to be taken out, at all. If you can't follow our two main rules, this forum isn't for you, and nor do we welcome you here.

Also, if the problem persists with people removing our translations from our templates, changes will be made, those changes being, hide tags and no taking out at all. We don't want that now, do we?
